- Responsibilities:
1. Innovate new motor technology for new business and develop mew design for better quality;
2. Analyze existing motors design to find out possible design problems and optimize design;
3. Provide system solution and proposal to support the potential market development;
4. Review and revise team members’ design, and lead project team to optimize / analyze existing motors design to find out possible design problems that affect quality.
