- • Lead all CDC Business and Systems Products groups, including software, hardware, test, services, product strategy and general administration; coordinating with and supportive of the corresponding US based teams.
• Execute on the cross-BU engineering development plans in a fashion consistent with product strategy and associated roadmap objectives.
• In coordination with US based leadership, provide:
o Overall CDC engineering team leadership addressing key dimensions including people, projects, and technical leadership.
o Planning and oversight of all CDC initiatives addressing work breakdown, project scheduling, critical path analysis, and resource assignments in a fashion consistent with budget constraints, priorities, and roadmap commitments.
o Coordination with other teams to achieve synergies and consistency across products and solutions in the CDC; also work closely with Software Products, System Engineering, Product Line Leadership, Services, Operations and G&A.
• Serve as a key member of the senior engineering leadership team with commensurate contributions in broad areas including product strategy, technical excellence, engineering methodology, quality improvement, organizational structure, as well as ensuring an overall team focus on critical company objectives.
