Summary:

Leading engineering dept. to provide professional instruction, technical support and Lean six sigma tools in operation, localization and new projects, making continuous improvement and keep all equipment and facilities are in good conditions, ensure everything of dept. going as ITT CoC and policies and everyone working in safe way.
